In November, Solewant Pipeline Coating Plant at Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria hosted a number of government officials, oil company representatives and the press to the official commissioning of the Solewant Pipe Coating Plant and the unveiling of its new logo

Solewant group, experts in pipe, metal and field joint coating services, particularly involved in the oil and gas sectors, officially commissioned the Solewant Pipe Coating Plant and unveiled the new logo at the Solewant pipe coating centre, Alode-Eleme-Onne, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria on 25 November 2016. 

In attendance of the event was the governor of Rivers State, Chief Nyeson Wike, the Nigerian ministers of state for petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu, the speaker and other members of Rivers State House of Assembly, members of the state Executive council, paramount ruler of Alode-Eleme, HRH Don Awala, representatives of a number of international oil companies and representatives of Diamond Bank. 

In addition to the oil and gas industry, Solewant group and its pipe coating expertise sets to benefit the water, chemical processing, mining, refinery, electricity, transportation and marine industries.
