TEAM Energy has been contracted for three years as an international supplier of technical manpower for Totals drilling, fluids and well operations
The contract will keep intact TEAM Energy's global partnership with Total, covering most of the areas where Total carries out drilling operations.
The oil and gas recruitment specialist has said it hoped its experience in drilling and well construction manpower provision would help in providing global logistics support with a value-added service delivery model and be able to demonstrate the value of a lasting partnership.
George Highmoor, TEAM Energy business manager for drilling and well construction, said, “Our contract with Total for the provision of drilling, fluids and well operations consultants demonstrates our continuing ability to supply drilling personnel globally in a very tight marketplace while offering a value-added service delivery model.”
TEAM Energy currently has consultants with Total based in West and East Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, while in Nigeria, the company has been providing support for the Akpo and Usan deepwater drilling campaigns.
