The International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) has confirmed ERIELL’s accreditation for the WellSharp (Well Control) and RigPass (Safety Culture) programmes

The audit was conducted by an IADC expert, who commended ERIELL personnel on their professionalism and compliance with all IADC training process regulations and requirements.

To confirm the accreditation of the WellSharp and RigPass programmes of its training centre, ERIELL regularly undergoes a remote audit, and in February 2020, for the first time, ERIELL passed a full-time audit.

The audit conducted a thorough analysis of the curriculum, testing and training methods, environment and equipment of classrooms, as well as administrative and quality control of the procedures, and assessed the qualifications, experience, competence and skills of instructors.

Vitaly Dokunikhin, first deputy chairman of the Board of ERIELL Group, CEO of ERIELL Neftegazservice LLC, said, “Our goal at ERIELL is to create a sustainable model for a culture of safe production that integrates operation processes and their operators. We focus on proactive human actions to prevent incidents. IADC accreditation for us is a guarantee of high-quality training of our drilling crews that meet modern international standards for operational management.”

For many years, the drilling industry has been relying on comprehensive accreditation programmes offered by IADC for personnel with well control responsibilities.

WellSharp and RigPass courses provide trainees with deep knowledge, skills and greater confidence in day-to-day operations and handling incidents. In 2020 the intention is to train new instructors and launch new IADC accredited programmes.
