Open to foreign entities, the winner will have a deadline of six months to execute the contract, as reported in the Jornal de Angola.
The southern African nation, with an average oil production of 1.2 mmbbl per day, is sub-Saharan Africa’s second largest oil producer.
In accordance with the Angola’s Public Contracts Law (Law 9/16), the tender procedures will be provided throughout email, after the payment of US$401.96 in the single treasury account, stated the source.
