Baker Hughes, the energy technology company, has been awarded a major contract to provide subsea equipment and services by Azule Energy for work in the Agogo oilfield, offshore Angola

Azule Energy, via its wholly owned subsidiary Eni Angola SPA (Eni), together with its partners in the Block 15/06, Sonangol P&P and SSI Fifteen Limited, has signed the main contracts for the development of the Agogo Integrated West Hub Development Project, one of the major upstream projects being developed in the coming years in Angola 

Eni has achieved the closing for the acquisition of BP business in Algeria, regarding the two gas-producing concessions In Amenas and In Salah, which are jointly operated with Sonatrach and Equinor 

Baker Hughes has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) to develop, market and sell the cloud-based Leucipa automated field production solution, the initial phase of which was introduced at the 2023 Baker Hughes Annual Meeting
