Botelho de Vasconcelos told Reuters that Angola was also mulling over a proposal to participate in Ghana's development of its offshore Jubilee oilfield.
"It is something we are considering," he said, following a two-day visit to Ghana by an Angolan delegation that included President Jose Eduardo dos Santos.
