Saipem saw a new contract out of North Africa
The contract comes out of Morocco and is part of a JV with Bouygues Travaux Publics and Bouygues Maroc. Saipem won an EPC contract from Tangier Mediterranean Special Agency, for the expansion of the Port of Tangier.
The scope of work includes two breakwaters and 2,800 meters of new quay, for a total surface area of 132 hectares recovered from the sea.
The project will be completed by Q3 2014.
