Libya keeps door open to BP

Shokri Ghanem, the head of Libyas National Oil Corporation (NOC), recently said he was happy to allow BP to continue working in the north African nation, adding that he believed the Macondo spill in the Gulf of Mexico was "exaggerated somewhat".
