Supermajor BP has confirmed their sponsorship and participation at the upcoming 6th Annual Upstream West Africa Summit 2020
The event will take place between 17-18 June in Banjul, The Gambia, in official partnership with The Gambia National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), marking the country’s first ever international upstream oil and gas event.
This news follows on from the recent joint operating agreement (JOA) signing when BP agreed with Gambia’s National Oil Company to jointly operate the deepwater Block A1 License.
The Upstream West Africa Summit, hosted by Vale Media Group, is the annual gathering for West Africa’s oil and gas leaders who come together for a two day, high-level summit gathering to discuss the hot trends and challenges facing the upstream sector across the prolific region of West Africa.
Combining a unique and refreshing event format that transcends the traditional exhibition and trade show environment, the Upstream West Africa Summit 2020 is not to be missed.
