Containental has secured three significant contracts with a combined value of more than US$1.5mn with Baker Hughes, Schlumberger and Madeira-based firm Portumo.
The contract with Baker Hughes will involve the delivery of 33 baskets and containers for housing specialised tools, which will be utilised in projects in Ghana and Equatorial Guinea.
Containental will also supply 26 baskets and half height containers to Schlumberger for use in Equatorial Guinea and 18 baskets and containers to Portumo for use in Angola.
In addition Containental has secured a six-month rental contract with logistics firm Kuehne and Nagel for up to 50 units.
The deal will involve mobilising containers and baskets from Containental's stock in both the Netherlands and the UK for use by ExxonMobil in Angola.
