Algeria’s Sonatrach and Spanish multinational oil and gas company Cepsa have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
The MoU aims to explore the possibilities of joint investment in the areas of hydrocarbon exploration, development and production in Algeria and internationally
The signing of this protocol will also enable Sonatrach and Cepsa to consolidate their existing partnership by seeking new opportunities for cooperation.
Through the conclusion of this memorandum, Sonatrach confirms its desire to consolidate its partnership policy, particularly within the framework of the provisions of the Hydrocarbon Activities Act, which aim in particular to increase reserves and production levels of hydrocarbons.
