The partnership aims to develop in a number of West African hydrocarbon regions, focusing on marginal onshore and shallow-water fields where its combined expertise can accelerate developments and create shareholder value.

 

Cape is a multinational, privately-owned, integrated service provider for the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the African oil and gas industry. The company is based in Nigeria with presence in major cities along the West Africa coast. Cape continues to identify, present and manage opportunities that relate to marginal fields, and Oil & Gas concessions.

Swala is a privately-owned, Perth, Australian-based, Exploration Company with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. Its owners and management have long experience in the oil and gas sector, of which a significant amount has been developed in East Africa. The company is currently developing a portfolio of assets in West Africa (for production) and East Africa (for exploration).
